FIRST! Whilst building my Mad Web Page (see link above) I came across a lot of freebie sites, some more commercial than others. I was surprised that there was so much on offer absolutely free with no strings attached (and with no irritating newsletters). Claire Bull's site is one such site (see below). Initially I "borrowed" buttons etc from other sites and then I discovered several freebie sites. Eventually I made some buttons, backgrounds, banners and animated GIFs of my own (Wherever possible using my own material such as photographs). All the following with one or two exceptions are my own work. They all have a SRILANKAN flavour! Please feel free to copy them. Just copy and paste on to your own files. All I ask is that you add a link to my page on your own web site or on your e-mails. Better still: Copy and paste my MAD gif below on your own page/emails and add my URL. case you think I am colour-blind I am not! I deliberately used vibrant
colours in keeping with the vibrant colours of the old republic. I also
have deliberately made some of the backgrounds look hand drawn..... like
